Foto: Enova<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Skip som ligger i norske havner har like store partikkelutslipp som hele den norske personbilparken. S\u00e5 har du i tillegg\u00a0utslipp av store mengder NOx og CO2. Da er det sjokkerende \u00e5 ha en olje- og energiminister som er sjokkerende tafatt n\u00e5r det gjelder landstr\u00f8m.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r et skip kommer til for eksempel Troms\u00f8 havn, har skipet et betydelig behov for str\u00f8m selv om det ligger til kai. Str\u00f8mmen g\u00e5r til belysning, ventilasjon, varme og drift av tekniske installasjoner. Den vanlige m\u00e5ten \u00e5 produsere denne str\u00f8mmen, er gjennom eget kraftverk, som drives av hjelpemotorer som bruker diesel eller annen form for fossilt drivstoff. Foto: Jarle Heitmann<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Kunne man erstattet denne elektrisiteten med landstr\u00f8m, som kommer fra det vanlige kraftnettet p\u00e5 land, bruker man i stedet ren fornybar energi, som i all hovedsak er produsert fra vannkraft i Norge. Det er \u00e5penbart at det skadelige milj\u00f8utslippene i havnene vil g\u00e5 ned.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sysla.no\/maritim\/bergen-havn-refser-soviknes-manglende-satsing-pa-landstrom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sysla Maritim 2.11.17: refser S\u00f8viknes for manglende satsing p\u00e5 landstr\u00f8m<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ksbedrift.no\/aktuelt\/energi\/utnyttelse-av-landstroem-krever-en-annen-tilnaerming\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KS bedrift 1.11..17: Utnyttelse av landstr\u00f8m krever en annen tiln\u00e6rming<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Noen fakta kan illustrere det:\u00a0Et cruiseskip bruker ca. 30 tonn drivstoff pr. d\u00f8gn ved kai-ligge. Det tilsvarer utslippet til ca. 13 000 biler. \u00a0\u00c5 bygge ut landstr\u00f8m i de 28 st\u00f8rste havnene vil kunne spare Norge for utslipp av 356.000 tonn CO2 i \u00e5ret. Det tilsvarer utslippene fra en stor industribedrift, som Statoils metanolfabrikk p\u00e5 Tjeldbergodden eller Heidrun-plattformen i Norskehavet.<\/p>\n<p>Med landstr\u00f8m vil man kutte disse utslippene og i tillegg vil de v\u00e6re \u00f8konomisk b\u00e6rekraftig. Det konkluderes i rapporten- &laquo;<em><strong>Bedre klima og smartere \u00f8konomi Landstr\u00f8m i norske havner \u2013 en mulighetsstudie<\/strong><\/em>&laquo;, som er utarbeidet av Bellona, Siemens, Nelfo og Elektroforeningen.<\/p>\n<p>EU vedtok i 2014 et nytt krav om at alle viktige havner m\u00e5 ha landstr\u00f8m etablert innen 2025. Dette vil f\u00e5 betydning for oss, slik at vi er n\u00f8dt i de viktigste norske havnene &#8211; som Troms\u00f8 havn &#8211; til \u00e5 tilpasse oss.<\/p>\n<p>Da er det <strong>sjokkerende<\/strong>, at vi har en olje- og energiminister i Terje S\u00f8viknes (FrP) som i Stortingets sp\u00f8rretime 27.10.17,\u00a0i praksis stilte seg negativ til\u00a0landstr\u00f8manlegg for cruiseskip. Ingenting m\u00e5 utelates. Landstr\u00f8m vil gi dokumenterbare milj\u00f8gevinster og i takt med internasjonale krav, s\u00e5 vil det faktisk v\u00e6re l\u00f8nnsomt ogs\u00e5. Innen to \u00e5r vil Troms\u00f8 havn KF kunne tilby landstr\u00f8m p\u00e5 alle v\u00e5re kaier og til de aller fleste fart\u00f8yene. I dag leverer vi str\u00f8m tilsvarende \u00e5rsforbruket p\u00e5 ca. 60 husstander.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.itromso.no\/nyheter\/2017\/06\/27\/Havna-f%C3%A5r-over-7-millioner-i-st%C3%B8tte-til-landstr%C3%B8m-14940790.ece\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iTroms\u00f8 27.6.17: Havna f\u00e5r over 7 millioner i st\u00f8tte til landstr\u00f8m<\/a><br \/>\n\u00c5 f\u00e5 cruisefart\u00f8y over p\u00e5 landstr\u00f8m, vil helt klart kreve s\u00e5 store effekter, at en investering ikke vil kunne forsvareres uten at det statlige niv\u00e5et er med p\u00e5 en betydelig med-finansiering. Vi i Troms\u00f8 kommune og Troms\u00f8 Havn \u00f8nsker \u00e5 satse, men n\u00e5r vi har en olje- og energiminister som g\u00e5r &laquo;baklengs inn i fremtiden&raquo; med sine uttalelser, og manglende tro p\u00e5 landstr\u00f8m, vil denne satsningen blir mye vanskeligere.
